Regional Sales Manager - District Manager

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager – District Manager will lead and develop a high‑performing team of Medical Representatives in Cairo. Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, the role focuses on driving sales growth, fostering innovation, and ensuring compliance with Servier’s values and objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with National Sales Managers to implement national strategies and align regional activities with Servier’s mission.
• Lead, coach, and mentor Medical Representatives, conducting regular development conversations and using SMART goals to improve performance.
• Analyze regional sales data, identify root causes, and implement solutions to meet or exceed targets.
• Manage regional media budget, forecast activities, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Build relationships with Therapeutic Area Experts and Key Opinion Leaders, coordinating engagement plans and campaign implementation.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, regulations, and ethical standards in all regional activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Veterinary Medicine (mandatory).
• Post‑graduate studies such as an MBA or a professional diploma in Sales Management/Marketing (highly preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with documented team development and market‑share growth.
• Experience in the Cairo pharmaceutical market and established relationships with KOLs and TAEs is a strong advantage.
