Registered Nurse – Site Medical Care

About the role

The Site Nurse provides primary medical care, first‑aid support and health monitoring for employees at a construction/industrial project location. The role ensures compliance with occupational health and safety standards while supporting employee wellbeing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first aid and basic medical treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate ambulance or hospital transfers.
• Maintain and update employee medical records and treatment logs.
• Monitor health conditions and fitness for duty, conducting regular medical checks.
• Manage medicines, first‑aid supplies and ensure their availability.
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics and insurance providers as needed.
• Support occupational health and safety compliance on site and prepare incident/medical reports.
• Participate in emergency drills and educate staff on hygiene, health and preventive care.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing with a valid nursing license.
• 2–5 years of experience in site, industrial or occupational health nursing; construction experience is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle emergencies and maintain confidentiality.
