Relationship Manager – Gold Egypt Distribution (Nasr City)

About the role

We are looking for a Relationship Manager for the Gold Egypt Distribution unit at our Nasr City branch. The role bridges retail banking operations with technology initiatives, ensuring that business needs are met through effective application support and innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support all existing Mashreq Egypt technology applications and ensure their optimal performance.
• Implement new applications and develop in‑house solutions to meet business requirements.
• Lead project management activities for technology projects, delivering high‑quality support services.
• Provide thought leadership across core, digital, and channel technologies, driving transformation initiatives.
• Oversee continuous delivery, digitalisation, automation and strategic vendor selections to reduce operating costs and improve process efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supporting banking technology applications.
• Strong background in project management within a financial services environment.
• Ability to lead digital and transformation projects and influence technology strategy.
