Remote Aesthetic Care Agent

About the role

Kaya Wellness & Longevity is seeking a Remote Aesthetic Care Agent to join its call‑center team. The position involves assisting patients with inquiries about aesthetic treatments, providing basic guidance, and scheduling appointments at clinic locations across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Answer patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and other messaging channels.
• Deliver basic consultation and information on aesthetic procedures and services.
• Book and manage appointments with clinic branches.
• Follow up with patients for confirmations and reminders.
• Ensure a professional and high‑quality patient experience throughout each interaction.

Required profile

• Medical background in aesthetics or dermatology (doctor preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments and related equipment.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to work remotely and coordinate with the Dubai clinic team.
