Remote Business Instructor for AI Training

About the role

We are seeking experienced post‑secondary business instructors to help train AI systems in core business concepts. This fully remote, flexible contract lets you work on your own schedule while applying your classroom expertise to real‑world AI projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and review business questions, case studies, and scenarios used to train AI systems.
• Evaluate AI‑generated business content for accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback to improve AI reasoning, explanations, and examples.
• Validate complex scenarios and edge cases using your teaching experience.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project milestones.

Required profile

• 3+ years of teaching business at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of management, strategy, operations, and finance.
• Excellent written communication and ability to evaluate business reasoning.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently.
• No prior AI experience required.
