About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support a fast‑growing US company with influencer outreach, campaign coordination, and growth‑strategy execution. The position is fully remote and offers international experience for professionals aiming to advance into senior marketing or digital‑strategy roles.

Key responsibilities

• Source and onboard influencers on Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Execute high‑volume outreach and align creators with campaign objectives.
• Manage briefs, scripts and video assets to ensure timely delivery.
• Track engagement metrics and optimise campaign performance.
• Maintain consistent communication and relationship management with influencers.
• Update databases and compile clear, actionable campaign reports.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in influencer marketing or digital communications.
• Strong outreach capabilities with a high‑volume sourcing mindset.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
