About the role

Elsalon.net is a carefully moderated marriage platform seeking a Remote Moderator & Community Manager based in Egypt. You will protect the quality of the community, support users, and ensure a safe, respectful environment for serious, marriage‑focused individuals.

Key responsibilities

• Review and moderate user profiles and in‑app interactions to ensure compliance with community and cultural standards.
• Approve, reject, and assess new user profiles, handling sensitive and complex situations.
• Mediate conflicts, respond to user concerns, and guide respectful communication between members.
• Provide clear, empathetic support via in‑app messages and social media channels.
• Monitor overall platform health, identify improvement opportunities, and share suggestions to enhance user experience, safety, and engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Genuine interest in helping people, resolving conflicts, and fostering meaningful relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional, respectful tone.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking in sensitive or complex situations.
• Ability to work remotely during morning/afternoon hours.
