About the role

We are seeking a Remote Real Estate Call Center Specialist to join our team. The role focuses exclusively on the real‑estate sector, handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team in converting inquiries into qualified opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls from prospective buyers and investors.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and property portals.
• Gather client requirements such as location, budget, property type, and investment goals.
• Qualify and categorize leads as Hot, Warm, or Cold.
• Schedule appointments and property viewings for the sales team.
• Provide accurate information on available real‑estate projects.
• Maintain and update client data in the CRM system.
• Consistently follow up with prospects to maximize conversion rates.
• Meet daily and weekly KPIs related to calls, leads, and appointments.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a call‑center, real‑estate sales, or customer‑service role (real‑estate experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of or interest in the real‑estate market; UAE experience is a plus.
• Fluent Arabic; English is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
