Remote SEO Specialist (4+ years experience)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven SEO Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will work closely with content creators, web developers and business leaders to boost organic visibility for our global clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor all SEO initiatives across client websites.
• Define target keyword lists, optimise existing content and guide developers on on‑page improvements.
• Develop and implement link‑building strategies.
• Create guidelines for SEO best practices in the content development process.
• Identify technical SEO opportunities in site structure, internal linking and content architecture.
• Generate regular performance reports for senior stakeholders.
• Stay up‑to‑date with search trends, tools and competitor tactics.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of hands‑on experience managing organic search campaigns.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and organisational skills.

Required skills

• SEO tools: SEMrush, Moz or Ahrefs.
• Google Analytics and website optimisation tools.
• WordPress and HTML5 for SEO implementation.
• Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency.
• Link‑building experience with external organisations.
