Remote Telemarketing Agent – UAE Market

About the role

Onyx Nova, a Dubai‑based provider of dehumidification and indoor air quality solutions, seeks a remote Telemarketing Agent to generate qualified leads and appointments for its UAE sales team. The role is performed from outside the UAE, with working hours aligned to UAE business time.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective companies and decision‑makers across the UAE using provided lead lists.
• Introduce Onyx Nova’s solutions, qualify prospects, and arrange meetings or calls for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow‑up actions in the CRM system.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volume, qualified leads, and appointments.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, appointment setting, lead generation or business development.
• Experience contacting UAE or GCC customers is highly preferred.
• Fluent spoken English and Arabic with professional communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and handle high‑volume outbound calls.

Required skills

• Basic experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar lead‑tracking tools.
