About the role
Stella Stays is seeking a Reservation Specialist to join its fast‑growing hospitality team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries and bookings across multiple channels while ensuring a seamless, high‑quality experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and booking requests via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information on services, policies, pricing, and amenities.
- Process reservations efficiently using the company’s reservation system.
- Monitor room and resource availability to optimise booking flow.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfil guest requests and resolve issues.
- Handle complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Support the development of customer‑service strategies with management.
- Participate in training programmes to enhance skills and product knowledge.
Required profile
- Proven experience in customer service or reservation management, preferably in hospitality or travel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Capability to handle and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software applications.
