Reservation Specialist

About the role

Stella Stays is looking for a Reservation Specialist to join its fast‑growing hospitality team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries and bookings across multiple channels while ensuring a seamless, high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and booking requests via phone, email and chat.
• Provide accurate information on services, policies, pricing and amenities.
• Process reservations efficiently using the company’s reservation system.
• Monitor room and resource availability to optimise booking flow.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfil guest requests and maintain satisfaction.
• Resolve complaints and issues professionally and within agreed timeframes.
• Support the development of customer‑service strategies with management.
• Participate in training programmes to enhance skills and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service or reservation management, preferably in hospitality or travel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
• Organisational and time‑management abilities with effective prioritisation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
