Reservation Supervisor – Hotel (El Gouna, Egypt)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Reservation Supervisor to lead our reservation team at a hotel in El Gouna, Hurghada. You will ensure smooth booking operations, maintain high service standards, and support a positive guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the reservation team, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Monitor and optimise reservation systems and booking processes.
• Handle complex guest inquiries and resolve reservation issues with professionalism.
• Train, mentor and provide performance feedback to reservation staff.
• Analyse reservation data to identify improvement and cost‑optimisation opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping and management for seamless guest experiences.
• Manage staffing schedules during peak periods to sustain service quality.
• Generate reports on reservation metrics and team performance for management review.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in reservation or hospitality operations.
• Proven supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Organisational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Hurghada tourism market is advantageous.
