Reservations Agent

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Reservations Agent to join the Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza. In this role you will be the first point of contact for guests calling to inquire about availability, rates and hotel facilities, ensuring a seamless and personalized booking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer multiple telephone calls simultaneously and provide accurate information about hotel rooms, amenities and services.
• Use the guest history system to retrieve past stay details and personalize offers.
• Enter, modify and confirm reservations in the property management system with high accuracy.
• Promote hotel packages and upsell services while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel facilities, local attractions and special promotions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent English with strong verbal communication skills.
• Excellent selling and interpersonal abilities.
• Well‑mannered, visionary, passionate about hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, luxury‑service environment.
