Reservations Agent – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Reservations Agent is the first point of contact for guests contacting Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh. You will handle reservation inquiries, process bookings accurately, and ensure each guest’s needs are met, creating a positive first impression of the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails, capture reservation details, and enter them into the reservations system.
• Complete all required internal forms and run daily reports to support operational departments.
• Manage the general reservations inbox, respond to inquiries, and process brochure or information requests.
• Handle guest special requests and basic complaints, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Process WRO, Trust, internal and FIT reservations accurately.
• Contact guests or travel planners to confirm or guarantee non‑guaranteed reservations and manage wait‑list clearances.
• Review daily arrival reports, flag special requests, and assist with hard‑blocking rooms.
• Communicate VIP or special‑attention guest details to the reservations leadership team.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Customer‑focused attitude with the ability to handle high‑volume inquiries.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Team player who can collaborate with front‑desk and other operational teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a reservations management system (specific system not named).
