Reservations Specialist

About the role

The Reservations Specialist will work on‑site in New Cairo, handling guest inquiries and bookings across Soul Hospitality’s portfolio of residential and vacation properties.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to reservation requests via WhatsApp, phone, social media, website, Airbnb, Booking.com and other OTA channels.
• Confirm bookings, manage reservation details and ensure accurate information throughout the guest journey.
• Maintain up‑to‑date property listings, availability calendars and rate structures.
• Follow up with potential guests, upsell services and promote properties on Facebook and other social platforms.
• Build relationships with brokers, travel agencies and corporate clients to generate additional booking opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in reservations, hospitality, hotel operations or vacation‑rental management.
• Hands‑on familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com or other OTA platforms.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer‑service mindset, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Proactive, organized and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
