As a Reservations Specialist for our flagship concept, Bar Du Port in New Cairo, you will be the first point of contact for our elite clientele, ensuring a seamless and sophisticated booking journey from the very first interaction.

Main Missions

• Manage all reservation inquiries via telephone, email, and online booking platforms with utmost professionalism.
• Coordinate and confirm bookings, ensuring all details are accurately recorded in the system.
• Handle special requests and manage VIP guest requirements to provide a personalized experience.
• Optimize table allocation in close collaboration with the hosting team to maximize restaurant flow and efficiency.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date guest records and reservation logs.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality or high-end restaurant reservations.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on detail and elegance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
