Resort Team Leader – Hurghada

About the role

Jet2holidays is looking for a Resort Team Leader to oversee Airport and Resort Representatives in Hurghada. You will ensure the delivery of award‑winning customer service throughout the entire holiday journey, from arrival at the airport to the return home.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a mixed airport‑and‑resort team, creating rosters and managing performance.
• Analyse daily Management Information (MI) and customer feedback to drive CSAT and OTP improvements.
• Investigate and resolve escalations, operational challenges, flight disruptions, serious incidents and emergencies using internal digital systems.
• Collaborate with Destination Managers, agents, transfer providers and hotel partners to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct regular in‑person and virtual team meetings, training sessions and monthly 1‑to‑1 welfare checks.
• Participate in an on‑call rota, providing support during operational disruptions and major incidents.

Required profile

• Proven experience in holiday operations or a similar hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a varied operation across airport and resort settings.
• Flexible availability for early starts, late finishes, split shifts, weekends and on‑call duties.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
