Resource Manager – Associate (ETIC)

About the role

PwC’s Egypt Technology and Innovation Centre (ETIC) is seeking a motivated Resource Manager – Associate to lead resource planning and capacity management for its projects. You will work closely with on‑shore resourcing teams, project managers and senior leadership to ensure the right talent is deployed at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast resource requirements and identify skill gaps across projects.
• Lead a team that provides leadership reporting on workforce trends and capacity.
• Execute and manage operational processes to maintain data accuracy, integrity and completeness.
• Analyse key operational metrics and recommend actions to improve efficiency.
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities and propose data‑driven solutions.

• Experience in resource management and line‑management.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to balance short‑term needs with long‑term workforce planning.
