Restaurant General Manager - Bullona

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza is looking for a passionate and visionary Restaurant General Manager for its Bullona restaurant. The role is the face of the restaurant, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience while inspiring and developing a team dedicated to world-class service. The manager oversees everything from guest satisfaction and team engagement to financial performance and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage revenues, control costs, prepare budgets and forecasts, analyze financial performance and identify ways to maximize profitability
• Drive business levels through marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, social media collaborations and community engagement
• Maintain strong relationships with guests and local partners
• Balance hands-on service on the restaurant floor with financial oversight and business strategy

Required profile

• Experienced hospitality professional with a passion for luxury service and strong business acumen
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, including at least one year in fine dining
• Solid experience managing upscale or fine dining restaurants
• Excellent communication skills and strong English proficiency
• Comfortable using technology and business reporting tools to make informed decisions
