About the role
We are looking for Retail Customer Service Associates to join our team at the Smart Village site. The role involves providing support to retail customers and handling inquiries in a fast‑moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist retail customers with their questions and concerns.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Handle customer interactions through phone, chat, or in‑person channels.
Required profile
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Bachelor's degree (any field).
- No prior experience required.
- Willingness to work on‑site at the Smart Village location.
- Availability for night and overnight shifts.
- Immediate availability preferred.
