About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Retail Customer Service Associates to join our team at our October locations. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or in‑person.
Resolve product‑related issues, returns, and complaints efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the internal system.
Collaborate with store staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Work night and overnight shifts as required.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in any field.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Flexibility to work on‑site and adapt to shift schedules.
Immediate availability preferred.
