Retail Jewelry Associate – City Stars & District 5 Malls

About the role

Artsy Silver is seeking enthusiastic Retail Jewelry Associates to work in its City Stars, District 5, and The Yard Mall locations. You will be the face of the brand, delivering a welcoming luxury experience and helping customers find the perfect jewellery pieces.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery items.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of collections, materials, and styling.
• Achieve daily sales targets and support overall store performance.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Organise stock and replenish the sales floor as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and after‑sale support.

Required profile

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Experience in fashion, jewellery, luxury retail, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
• Sales‑driven mindset with excellent customer handling abilities.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Good to very good level of English.
