About the role
Roza Carpet is seeking a full‑time Retail Operations Manager to lead daily store activities at its Alexandria showroom. You will ensure smooth opening and closing procedures, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold the brand’s visual standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all store operations, including opening/closing, inventory control, and merchandising.
- Schedule, coach, and evaluate store staff to guarantee high product knowledge and service quality.
- Monitor sales performance, analyse key metrics, and implement operational improvements to boost revenue and efficiency.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing showroom.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely product availability.
Required profile
- Proven experience in retail operations or store management, preferably in flooring, home décor, or related sectors.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret sales and inventory data.
- Leadership and team‑coaching skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work on‑site full‑time in Alexandria.
