Retail Representative – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Retail Representative to join our Alexandria store. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right products, answering queries, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers throughout the store.
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and after‑sales services.
• Answer customer questions and conduct price and feature comparisons.
• Cross‑sell complementary items and promote discounts or special offers.
• Maintain fully stocked racks and manage inventory returns.
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales team, especially during peak periods.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to the Store Manager.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new products and services.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role.
• Understanding of the retail sales process and consumer behavior.
• Familiarity with inventory stocking procedures and basic math.
• Track record of meeting sales quotas.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including peak times.
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
