Retail Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Representative to join our showroom team. You will be the face of the brand, guiding customers through product selections, answering queries, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual sales targets.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Coordinate sales activities with marketing initiatives.
• Answer customer questions about products, pricing, and availability.
• Welcome customers, assist with sizing and fashion choices, and maintain a clean, organized department.
• Handle cash and credit transactions using the POS system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse customer base.
• Create and update the customer database and follow up on inquiries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Experience with POS (point‑of‑sale) transactions.
