Retail Sales Supervisor – Full Time

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Sales Supervisor to lead our store team in Haram, Giza. The role focuses on driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining store standards in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate the retail sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor daily sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Coach and develop team members to improve sales and customer service skills.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive in‑store experience.
• Oversee store operations, product availability, and visual merchandising standards.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Support inventory management and coordinate with the warehouse team as needed.
• Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to maximize revenue.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail sales, including supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑driven with solid problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite.
