Retail Salesperson – Furniture Showroom

About the role

MSI is seeking a motivated Retail Salesperson to join its Cairo showroom team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them discover furniture and home solutions that match their needs and style.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors, understand their requirements and recommend appropriate products.
• Present product features, benefits and pricing, answer questions and prepare accurate quotes.
• Process sales transactions using the point‑of‑sale system and ensure correct documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and keep product displays up‑to‑date.
• Support regular inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment.
• Provide consistent after‑sales service, follow up on inquiries and collaborate with the team to meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong retail sales ability with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Solid product knowledge of furniture materials, features and benefits.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Previous experience in retail or furniture sales is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on‑site in Cairo, including weekends or holidays as needed.
• High attention to detail, basic math proficiency and comfort using POS systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, sales or design is a plus.
