Retail Salesperson – Home Appliances

About the role

EHAB CENTER is seeking a full‑time Retail Salesperson to join its Alexandria store. You will be the first point of contact for customers looking for home appliances and consumer electronics, helping them find the right products and ensuring a smooth purchase experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to their needs, and recommend suitable appliances and related products.
• Explain product features, benefits, promotions, and warranty options in a clear, professional manner.
• Maintain an organized, attractive sales floor, update product displays, and ensure accurate pricing and stock levels.
• Process sales transactions using the POS system, issue receipts, and handle cash responsibly.
• Coordinate basic after‑sales service, including delivery arrangements and follow‑up support.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets while addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping environment.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to demonstrate products, upsell, cross‑sell, and close sales while maintaining trust.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a team‑oriented attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent; fluency in Arabic required, basic English beneficial.
• Prior retail or sales experience preferred, especially with home appliances or electronics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling.
