Revenue Controlling Senior Specialist

About the role

The Revenue Controlling Senior Specialist will lead revenue and direct cost controlling activities, ensuring pricing aligns with market targets and company profitability goals. The role collaborates closely with sales, finance and other departments to support strategic decisions and maintain compliance with internal guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Control revenue and direct costs, validate margins, and monitor foreign exchange impacts on pricing.
• Analyze variable costs such as direct selling expenses and produce monthly plan‑actual comparisons.
• Partner with sales to set product pricing across the model range, balancing profitability with corporate directives.
• Coordinate planning and forecasting activities, including turnover, discounts, margins and costing.
• Maintain databases for price, revenue, contribution and return on sales metrics.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and presentations for headquarters and senior management.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects, feasibility studies, risk assessments and other compliance‑related tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong understanding of economic and financial principles with an accounting background.
• Ability to work under pressure, solve problems and communicate effectively.
• Team‑oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
