Revenue Controlling Senior Specialist

About the role

The Revenue Controlling Senior Specialist is responsible for overseeing revenue and direct cost controlling, ensuring pricing aligns with market targets, and supporting the sales and after‑sales teams with accurate financial analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Control revenue, direct costs and validate MBEG margins for sales.
• Monitor foreign exchange impacts, market and customs pricing, and variable costs such as direct selling expenses.
• Perform monthly plan‑actual comparisons, identify risks and opportunities, and track company target achievements.
• Collaborate with sales on product pricing across the model range to maximize profitability while meeting MBEG and headquarters requirements.
• Coordinate with various departments on planning and forecasting, including turnover, discounts, margins, costing and direct selling costs.
• Maintain databases for price/revenue, contribution (local/group) and company ROS.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports for headquarters and senior management, including board presentations.
• Support ad‑hoc projects, feasibility studies, risk assessments and other special requests.
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and internal guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Strong accounting background with solid understanding of economic and financial principles.
• Ability to work under pressure, solve problems and communicate effectively.
• Team‑oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
