About the role
Italotel Egypt Tours is seeking an enthusiastic Tour Leader to join its team in Luxor. You will be the main point of contact for international guests, ensuring they experience Egypt’s heritage and culture in a seamless and memorable way.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests at airports, coordinating transfers and transportation.
- Accompany guests throughout tours and excursions, guaranteeing a smooth travel experience.
- Liaise with hotels, restaurants, transport providers, local guides and tourism partners to execute itineraries.
- Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly and maintain high service standards.
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and create lasting memories for travelers.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in the tourism industry.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English (mandatory).
- Second language such as Italian, French or Spanish is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, guest‑relations and organizational abilities.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced team environment.
