Risk Analyst – Fresh Graduate

About the role

This entry‑level position supports the Risk Management team in ensuring that all credit activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and international standards. The role is based at the head office and offers a solid foundation for a career in banking risk analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Conform credit documentation using the CPM checklist.
• Review loan approvals and related documentation, including financial institution and risk approvals.
• Validate facility terms, authority limits, conditions, and interest rates against CPM, CBE regulations, and internal policies.
• Obtain necessary approvals and ensure credit files are complete and accurate.
• Communicate with branches to resolve missing documents during the review process.
• Apply approved credit terms and maintain compliance with QNB ALAHLI policies, local laws, and international standards.
• Support permanent supervision, compliance, anti‑money‑laundering, operational risk, and workplace success guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant banking experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
