Room Attendant / Public Area Attendant

About the role

As a Guest Environment Expert at Sheraton, you will ensure that guest rooms and public areas are spotless, welcoming, and ready to deliver a memorable experience. This full‑time, on‑site position involves a variety of housekeeping duties performed in a fast‑paced hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and turn guest rooms, making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring overall room readiness.
• Maintain public spaces such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms to the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, stock housekeeping carts, and support other hotel departments as needed.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines at all times.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
