Sales Account Manager

About the role

MitchDesigns is seeking a Sales Account Manager to turn warm leads into long‑term partnerships. You will own the full journey from the first contact through to a successful website launch, helping large enterprises enhance their digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle for website services, handling leads that enter the CRM.
• Sell corporate website solutions to large companies, clearly communicating value.
• Understand each client’s goals and recommend the appropriate website solution.
• Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with enterprise clients.
• Act as the main point of contact throughout the project until the website goes live.
• Ensure a smooth handover process and a satisfied client.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in account management or sales.
• Proven track record working with large companies and enterprise clients.
• Confidence selling corporate website projects and communicating their value.
• Comfortable managing and converting leads from a CRM.
• Ability to manage client relationships from first contact through project launch.
• Fluent, professional English (written and verbal).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
