Sales Administrator – B2B Software Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Administrator to drive B2B software sales in Cairo. The role involves generating leads, managing the full sales cycle, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients. You will work closely with implementation and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new B2B leads and identify business opportunities.
• Contact companies and decision‑makers to present software solutions.
• Understand client needs, workflows, and challenges.
• Conduct client meetings, field visits, and software demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Manage the sales pipeline through CRM and follow up on leads.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with implementation and technical teams for customer onboarding.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in software, ERP, SaaS or B2B sales.
• Proven ability to close deals and handle objections.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.
