Sales Administrator – Group Proposals

About the role

The Sales Administrator provides essential administrative support to the sales team, focusing on the preparation and management of group proposals for hotel bookings. You will ensure proposals are accurate, timely, and aligned with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and acknowledge all group proposal requests on the same business day.
• Review requests for completeness and gather any missing information.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect required proposal details.
• Draft accurate group proposals and send them within 24 hours of receiving complete information.
• Maintain and update the Group Proposal Tracker, generating regular reports and presentations.
• Conduct audits and analysis of the tracker and submitted proposals to ensure data accuracy and provide insights.
• Monitor proposal status, follow up on pending actions, and ensure confidentiality and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, hotel sales, reservations, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational abilities, high attention to detail, and analytical mindset.

Required skills

• Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (especially Excel for data analysis and reporting).
• Canva for creating professional sales presentations and marketing materials.
• Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (preferred).
