Sales Agent

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Agent to join Chubb’s team in Zagazig. The role focuses on generating new insurance business, building client relationships and achieving sales targets within a multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to create a robust client pipeline.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets for insurance products.
• Maintain and nurture long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any field).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven attitude.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior sales experience in insurance or banking is a plus.
