About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Agent to join Chubb’s team in Zagazig. The role focuses on generating new insurance business, building client relationships and achieving sales targets within a multinational environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to create a robust client pipeline.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets for insurance products.
- Maintain and nurture long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (any field).
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven attitude.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior sales experience in insurance or banking is a plus.
