Sales Agent

About the role

MetLife is seeking a motivated Sales Agent to join its team in Alexandria, Egypt. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will promote and sell a range of insurance and financial products, helping customers navigate their financial needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable MetLife insurance and financial solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with clients.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service throughout the sales process.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Results‑driven attitude with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Experience or knowledge of insurance products and the ability to explain them clearly.
• Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Willingness to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
