Sales Associate – Premium Retail (Jewelry & Gifts)

About the role

Fathy Ibrahim, a historic Egyptian gifting and jewelry brand, is opening a new boutique on Lebanon Street in Mohandeseen. We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates who can deliver a refined, premium shopping experience to our customers and help grow the brand’s presence in the area.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a polished, high‑end retail experience.
• Guide shoppers in selecting jewelry, watches, perfumes, and gifts that match their preferences.
• Build genuine relationships that convert first‑time visitors into loyal patrons.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets while working on commission.
• Maintain store presentation standards and ensure the boutique reflects the brand’s elegance.

Required profile

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in jewelry, watches, perfumes, fashion, or other luxury products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional appearance with a warm, customer‑first attitude.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends to meet retail hours.
• Preferably residing in or near Mohandeseen (e.g., Dokki, Agouza, Zamalek, Giza, Haram).
