Sales Coach

About the role

The Sales Coach will join WAJJAD’s Alexandria office to design, deliver and continuously improve sales training programs. Working closely with sales leadership, you will coach team members, observe sales interactions and help raise conversion rates and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver structured sales training curricula and workshops.
• Observe live sales calls and meetings, providing constructive feedback.
• Facilitate role‑plays, simulations and coaching sessions to reinforce best practices.
• Identify skill gaps in collaboration with sales managers and create targeted coaching plans.
• Track performance metrics and report progress against business objectives.
• Contribute to sales enablement materials and help standardise processes across the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales coaching, sales training or a sales leadership role.
• Strong communication skills for delivering feedback and facilitating discussions.
• Solid understanding of sales processes, pipelines and performance metrics.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable coaching plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Alexandria, Egypt in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
