Sales Executive - Logistics & Shipping

About the role
The Sales Executive will promote and sell comprehensive end‑to‑end logistics solutions, covering every step from the shipper’s origin to final delivery. You will work to attract new clients, grow existing accounts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for door‑to‑door logistics services.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within the full service portfolio.
- Generate leads, build a robust sales pipeline and monitor its effectiveness.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
- Provide after‑sales support to retain and expand client relationships.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding or shipping sales.
- Target‑oriented mindset with strong business development drive.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient English language skills.
