Sales Executive – Payments Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join noon Payments in Egypt. You will be responsible for driving merchant acquisition, building lasting relationships, and supporting the end‑to‑end sales process from lead generation to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential merchants across Egypt.
• Maintain strong client relationships, focusing on referrals and efficient paperwork processing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align merchant requirements with product capabilities.
• Handle inbound sales inquiries, provide product information, and guide prospects through the sales cycle.
• Use training resources to master noon Payments features and communicate them effectively.
• Record all sales interactions, leads, and merchant data accurately in the CRM.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activity.
• Conduct online research for new leads via social media and Google, and organize meetings between merchants and business teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in finance or technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work both independently and within a fast‑paced team.
