Sales Executive – Travel & Tourism

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team at Global Reservation Company. In this on‑site, full‑time position you will promote a range of travel services, from hotels and flights to cruises and tourism packages, while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and turn leads into confirmed bookings.
• Sell travel products including hotels, flights, cruises, and tourism packages.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable travel solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑driven, motivated and results‑oriented.
• Customer‑focused attitude with professional demeanor.
• Ability to quickly learn new computer systems and tools.
