Sales & Lead Conversion Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Lead Conversion Executive to join our Marketing team in Cairo. You will be responsible for turning qualified leads into scheduled appointments and business opportunities, acting as the bridge between prospects and our services.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and engage inbound and outbound leads via phone and email.
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate information about our services.
• Handle objections professionally and convert leads into qualified appointments.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine conversion strategies.
• Consistently meet or exceed conversion targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, lead generation, or lead conversion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and active‑listening abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with solid organizational skills.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly.
