About the role
The Sales Manager will lead and grow the sales pipeline for building envelope solutions and engineering services, working on‑site in Cairo. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, closing contracts and managing key customer accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and deliver client presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts.
- Collaborate with engineering, project management and estimating teams to ensure technical accuracy of offers.
- Maintain and update the CRM system, monitor market trends and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
- Represent United C.S. at industry events, client meetings and site visits.
Required profile
- Proven B2B sales, account management or business development experience, preferably in construction, engineering or building envelope systems.
- Track record of developing sales strategies, managing pipelines and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong client relationship, presentation and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
- Familiarity with building envelope, roofing or façade systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Cairo and travel for client visits and industry events.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office suite.
- Data‑driven decision‑making and reporting capabilities.
