About the role

QETC Middle East is looking for a Sales Manager to lead its Cairo education consultancy team. You will own the sales operation, turning strong lead volume from Saudi Arabia into consultations, applications, and payments while building a repeatable, CRM‑driven process that reduces reliance on the CEO for closing.

Key responsibilities

Own monthly enrollment and payment targets for the Cairo market.
Maintain a clean CRM with accurate stages, notes, tasks, and follow‑up dates for every lead.
Enforce rapid lead response and systematic follow‑up cadence.
Lead pre‑sales and closing teams, run daily huddles, weekly 1:1 coaching, and performance reviews.
Develop and continuously improve scripts for contact, qualification, booking, objections, and closing.
Provide weekly forecasts and KPI dashboards to the CEO, highlighting bottlenecks and corrective actions.
Recruit, onboard, and train new sales hires as lead volume grows.
Coordinate with Saudi operations on lead handover, promotions, scholarships, and service expectations.
