Sales Manager GCC Government

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence is looking for an experienced, results-oriented Sales Manager to lead its sales team, drive revenue growth, develop new business opportunities and achieve organizational sales targets. The role covers setting sales strategy, managing team performance, building key client relationships and overseeing the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies and set monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the team.
• Lead, coach and manage the sales team, monitor performance against targets and KPIs, and recruit, train and onboard team members.
• Identify new business opportunities and markets, build relationships with key clients and strategic accounts, and support negotiations, presentations and deal closing.
• Oversee the sales pipeline, lead generation, follow-ups and conversion, and develop sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitor activity, and work with marketing on sales campaigns.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales data in the CRM system, handle escalated customer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales or a related field preferred.
• 3-5+ years of sales experience, with supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Native Arabic speaker with authorization of citizenship.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and travel when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Sales leadership, business development, team management and coaching.
• Negotiation, closing, strategic planning, key account management and sales forecasting.
• Reading, writing and oral English; working knowledge of division operations and commercial systems.
