Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the commercial effort for an industrial manufacturing company, focusing on road infrastructure, traffic safety solutions, and construction materials. The role involves extensive interaction with customers, sales teams, and senior management to drive revenue across the Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers and coordinate with sales representatives.
• Travel frequently throughout the Kingdom to conduct on‑site visits and support key accounts.
• Monitor purchase orders, manage collections, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare and deliver market insights and business updates to the General Manager.
• Provide a comprehensive market overview and oversee client relationship management.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Background in road infrastructure, traffic safety solutions, or construction materials.
• Proven track record selling to government entities and handling large‑scale projects.
